Details of The Registration Fees
1. Registration fees for EICCT 2027 Regular is 570 USD / 3800 RMB per paper.
2. If the length of the paper exceeds 4 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 5) is 60 USD / 400RMB.
3. The registration fee does not include:
• Accommodation
• Visa application fee
• Transportation fee
4. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
5. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.
6. At least 30% of registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.
Notes
1) Regular Registration: Submit a full paper to publish and present at the conference.
2) Student author: Provide a valid certificate from their departments (only for the first author).
3) Additional paper: Extra papers submitted by the same author, excluding the first paper.
4) Additional Page: If the paper exceeds 4 pages, extra pages should be paid at 50USD(300RMB)/page.
5) Presenter: Only submit abstract to present at the conference.
6) Listeners: Only attend the conference, without publication.
